Excel Recruitment is looking for cleaning operatives located in and around Kilkenny to work within various healthcare sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain hygienic standards within all patient, exam, and common rooms
- Follow infection control and safety guidelines at all times
- Restock supplies (gloves, paper products, sanitisers, etc.)
- Operate cleaning equipment in a safe manner
- Respond promptly to urgent cleaning requests
Qualifications & Requirements
- Housekeeping or cleaning experience (healthcare setting preferred but not required)
- Manual Handling, Food Safety, and HSEland certifications or willingness to complete them
- Ability to stand, bend, lift (up to 30 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Willing to do compliance as required by the HSE
