Excel Recruitment is now hiring a Rigid Multi Drop Driver for our client a new leading retail distribution company based in North Dublin. The ideal candidate will need to be capable of working as part of a team. The driver will need to be flexible as early morning starts & Saturday work is involved in this role.
Responsibilities:
- The Rigid Driver is responsible for carrying out their daily vehicle checks.
- Reporting an issue with dockets, vehicles, customer orders.
- Ensuring the vehicle is loading correctly prior to departure.
- Conducting multiple deliveries throughout Dublin City and County.
Requirements:
- Full Clean Rigid (C) licence.
- At Least 1 Years Experience of driving in Ireland or the UK.
- Valid CPC Card with up-to-date module after September 10th 2025
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Manual Handling Training
Benefits of the role include:
- €22.21 Per Hour
- €26.65 Per Hour for Unsociable Hours
- €33.32 Per Hour for Overtime after 40 Hours

Van Driver – Naas (4‑Week Temporary Assignment)
Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting a Van Driver for a 4‑week temporary placement with one of our not‑for‑profit clients based in Naas. This role will support their retail and logistics operations during a permanent hiring process.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and redistributing donated goods between the client’s warehouse and multiple retail outlets across the region. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with a respected organisation while delivering an important community‑focused service.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out daily vehicle checks
Loading and unloading donation bags, bric‑a‑brac, and related items safely
Collecting and transporting donated goods between warehouse and retail outlets
Ensuring all tasks are completed in line with organisational standards and procedures
Working independently and managing routes efficiently
Providing excellent customer service to donors and shop teams
Supporting additional logistical tasks as required
Requirements:
Full Clean B Licence (essential)
Minimum 1 year’s driving experience
Ability to work alone and use initiative
Previous experience in a similar role desirable
Multi‑drop experience an advantage
Good understanding of local routes in Kildare, Dublin & Wicklow
Manual Handling Certificate

The ideal candidate will be required to deliver Fmcg products to hotels, restaurant’s & stores. The driver will need to be flexible as early morning starts & Saturday work is involved in this role.
Responsibilities:
- The Van Driver is responsible for carrying out their daily vehicle checks.
- Loading products by hand to the van and unloading products from the van hand-trolley provided.
- Reporting an issue with dockets, vehicles, customer orders.
- Ensuring the vehicle is loading correctly prior to departure.
- Conducting multiple deliveries throughout Kilkenny and surrounding counties.
Requirements:
- Full Clean Van (B) licence.
