Our client’s business is a well-established butchery business, with a strong clientele in Dublin. They seek a candidate who comes with experience working in a busy environment, with the ability to exceed targets.

There is a fantastic salary of up to €50k DOE on offer for the successful candidate for this role

Responsibilities as Butcher Manager:

• Managing the daily operations of the butcher counter
• Training and developing the staff in the butcher counter
• Ensuring all HACCP and Health and Safety regulations are adhered to
• Working towards targets and KPIs
• Stock and waste management

Requirements for this Butcher Manager job:

• Previous experience managing within a butcher environment
• A proven track record in achieving targets and KPIs
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
• Excellent customer service, motivational and organisational skills
• A passion for fresh food
