We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team of Bar Staff and Till Operators for a series of music festivals in Cork City.
You’ll play a key role in delivering a top-quality experience to festival-goers by serving drinks efficiently, operating tills, and keeping the bar area running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Bar Staff:

Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately

Maintain a clean and organized bar area

Check IDs and follow responsible alcohol service procedures

Restock bar supplies and monitor stock levels
-
Work as part of a fast-paced team under pressure
Till Operators:
-
Accurately handle transactions on POS tills
-
Manage cash and card payments, issue receipts and change
-
Monitor and reconcile till balances during and after shifts

Assist in queue management and customer service

Coordinate closely with bar staff to ensure smooth service
Requirements:

Minimum age 18+ (due to alcohol handling)

Previous bar or retail experience preferred but not essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a busy, high-energy environment

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and long shifts

Punctual, professional, and team-oriented

Manual handling and bar training certs a plus (can be provided)
