Bar Staff – Limerick

We are currently recruiting friendly, reliable Bar Staff to support busy venues across Limerick on a temporary basis. This role suits someone with previous bar or hospitality experience who can work at pace, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain high standards behind the bar.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve draught and bottled drinks
• Take orders, operate tills/EPOS, and process payments accurately
• Provide friendly, efficient service and manage customer queries professionally
• Maintain cleanliness of bar, glassware, and equipment throughout service
• Adhere to all food safety, HACCP, and health & safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in a bar, hotel, or hospitality environment
• Confident using tills/EPOS and handling cash
• Ability to work independently, use initiative, and stay calm during busy periods
• Manual Handling certification required (training can be facilitated)
• Reliable, punctual, and well presented
• Flexibility to take on temporary and short-term shifts, including evenings and weekends
