Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting with food preparation and basic cooking
- Serving food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas
- Perform front of house duties such as cash handling and till work
- Following food hygiene and health & safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a catering, kitchen, or hospitality role (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
- Manual Handling and HACCP certification is essential (Excel Recruitment can provide training)
