- Get involved in improving preventative maintenance routines and site efficiency
- Support compliance with EHS procedures, permits, and site safety standards
- Contribute to equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning projects
- Help track performance, downtime, and maintenance trends
- Provide day-to-day technical support to the wider team
- Gain exposure to asset management, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a facilities, maintenance, or engineering role (e.g. technician, engineer, or supervisor)
- A qualification or trade background in Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline
- Someone ready to step into a more senior, site-wide role
- Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach
- Experience with maintenance systems (CMMS/CAFM) is an advantage
- Interest in developing skills in planning, reporting, and team coordination
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

- Opportunity to gain experience in asset management, compliance, and site operations
- Work with advanced systems and a professional engineering team
