Senior Deputy Store Manager – Dublin City Centre
Our client, a highly recognised and successful multi-department retail business, is seeking an experienced Senior Deputy Store Manager to join their flagship Dublin City Centre location. Situated in the heart of Dublin, this is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven retail leader from a large-format fashion, department store, or high-volume retail environment.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall store operation, leading a large management team, and driving commercial performance across multiple departments including Fashion, Home, and Lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the overall operational and commercial performance of a high-volume flagship store
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Department Managers to deliver exceptional standards and results
- Drive sales, profitability, and KPI performance across all trading areas
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience through strong leadership and operational excellence
- Analyse trading reports, commercial data, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth
- Maintain high standards across customer service, visual presentation, and store operations
- Build a high-performing and engaged management team through coaching and people development
Requirements
- Current Store Manager, Senior Assistant Manager, or Deputy Store Manager experience within a large-scale fashion, department store, or high-volume retail environment
- Proven ability to lead and manage large teams in a fast-paced commercial setting
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales and operational performance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Results-driven with strong analytical and organisational ability
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience and team development
