We are partnering with a boutique luxury property in Kildare to recruit an exceptional Receptionist who will deliver a personalized, world-class guest experience. Your Role
- Be the face of the property, offering a warm, tailored welcome to every guest.
- Manage seamless check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries with discretion and a proactive approach, both in person and via phone/email.
- Coordinate reservations and liaise with other departments to guarantee flawless service.
- Maintain an immaculate reception area that reflects the property’s boutique luxury standards.
- Process payments and manage billing with precision.
- Support administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth running of front-of-house operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a boutique luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills with a natural flair for guest service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems (training provided if required).
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Our client, a leader in the Motor Industry is looking for a Receptionist for their service department. The successful candidate will be required to work as part of the team, to continuously deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
Duties
- Meet & greet customers on arrival
- Dealing with customer queries via email, in person, and over the phone
- Manage customer bookings
- Check-in courier deliveries
- General admin duties- scanning/filing/photocopying
- Any ad hoc administrative duties that the team may require assistance with.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a motor service department or similar environment
- Professional phone manner
- Strong IT proficiency’s
- Ability to work on your own initiative
This is a full-time permanent position. Monday -Friday with the occasional Saturday, offering a salary of €26k-€28k D.O.E
