Catering Assistant
Excel Recruitment is currently seeking Catering Assistants for flexible temporary positions across Dublin, working with a range of hospitality and catering clients, offering the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, serving, and presentation.
- Set up and clear dining areas, buffets, and service stations.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Wash and sanitise kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff with general catering duties.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, hospitality, food service, or event operations is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Good organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to excellent customer service and food hygiene standards.
