The post holder will be responsible for the provision of a physiotherapy service, including assessment, intervention, and ongoing service delivery to adults with a range of physical and/or intellectual disabilities. The post holder will be required to work across a variety of settings, including clinics, day services, residential centres, supported living environments, service users’ homes, and community-based settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Physiotherapy assessments, diagnostics, and interventions
  • Support individuals in achieving functional goals and enhancing quality of life
  • Collaborate with a wider interdisciplinary team (OT, SLT, Psychology, etc.)
  • Provide services across diverse settings tailored to the individual’s needs
  • Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives

Essential Requirements:

  • BSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
  • CORU registration
  • Be eligible for membership of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists.
  • Experience in disability, rehabilitation, or community-based physiotherapy (desirable)
  • Experience working with adults with physical or intellectual disabilities(desirable).
  • Training or interest in areas such as postural management, tone management, mobility aids, or Neurorehabilitation.
  • Familiarity with assistive technologies, splinting, or orthotic prescription.
  • Full drivers License.

  • Lead the on-site Health and Safety agenda, ensuring all operations meet regulatory and internal standards.

  • Coordinate site meetings, oversee temporary works, and ensure seamless integration of subcontractor work packages.

Requirements for Senior Engineer

  • Degree-qualified in Engineering (HETAC Level 8) with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to meet demanding programme and quality standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, methodical, and self-motivated with strong initiative.
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and assuming responsibility for key tasks.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
