Assistant Manager

Whether your experience is in fashion, non-food, or grocery, my client is open to speaking with strong assistant manager’s who are ready for a new challenge.

Responsibilities of this Assistant Manager role:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 40+ to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence.
• Maximise sales and KPIs daily, ensuring strong commercial performance.
• Use commercial reports to set the store up for success and drive productivity.
• Ensure VM and store standards align with company expectations.
• Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.

Skills and experience required for this Assistant Manager role:

• Experience as a Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager in fashion, non-food or grocery retailer.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a large team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience driving store performance and sales.
• Merchandising expertise and a passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
