We are currently recruiting for a number of Facilities positions for an experienced and reliable team based around Dublin
These roles would suit candidates with a trade background, strong maintenance experience, and the ability to work well in a busy facilities environment.
Facilities Foreman
The Facilities Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily facilities operations, managing teams and contractors, and ensuring maintenance works are completed safely and efficiently.
Facilities Chargehand
The Facilities Chargehand will support the Foreman in coordinating maintenance tasks, supervising staff and contractors, and ensuring high standards across all facilities work.
Facilities Carpenter
The Facilities Carpenter will carry out general carpentry, repair, and maintenance duties across the site. A trade background and previous maintenance experience are required.
Multi Skilled Technician / Handyman
The Multi Skilled Technician will carry out a range of general repairs, maintenance, and handyman duties. This role would suit a practical, hands-on candidate with trade skills and additional training or experience across multiple areas.
Requirements:
- Relevant trade qualification or strong maintenance background
- Previous facilities, construction, or maintenance experience
- Ability to manage or support teams and contractors where required
- Strong practical skills with a hands-on approach
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Must complete Garda Vetting
