The role
As Store Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, leading your team to deliver excellent standards, strong sales and a great customer experience.
You will:
- Lead, motivate and develop a busy retail team
- Drive sales, profitability and overall store performance
- Deliver consistently high standards across the shop floor
- Manage labour, stock, waste and other key store costs
- Ensure excellent availability, merchandising and promotional execution
- Recruit, train and develop your team
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Ensure all operational, food safety and compliance standards are achieved
- Use KPIs and store performance data to identify opportunities and take action
