Salary: €40k – €42k plus bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support overall store performance including sales, margin, and operational standards
  • Lead and motivate teams across grocery, fresh food, and front-end departments
  • Ensure high standards in merchandising, stock control, and store presentation
  • Manage staff performance, delegation, and daily task execution
  • Monitor KPIs and support the delivery of business targets
  • Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve any issues efficiently
