Key Responsibilities
- Process till transactions and customer payments in an accurate, professional manner
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service throughout each shift
- Support food preparation, service set-up, and the upkeep of dining areas
- Maintain clean, organised, and hygienic workstations, equipment, and service areas
- Follow all food safety, HACCP, and health and safety procedures at all times
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks to help ensure service runs smoothly
Requirements
- Previous catering assistant experience or experience in a fast-paced food-service setting
- Comfortable operating tills and engaging with customers in a busy service environment
- Barista or coffee-making experience would be an advantage
- Able to work on your own initiative and manage assigned duties confidently
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
- HACCP and Manual Handling certification required (training can be facilitated)
- Reliable, punctual, and neatly presented for each shift

Your role involves the support and the delivery of high-quality food and customer service across various catering sites on a relief (as-needed) basis. We are looking for flexible staff available for mid week Monday – Friday shifts
