At Excel Recruitment, we are currently recruiting a Communications Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established national membership organisation based in Dublin City Centre.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for planning, developing and delivering communications across a variety of channels. You will create engaging content, manage media relations, oversee digital communications and work closely with senior leadership, regional representatives and external partners to deliver impactful communications campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver internal and external communications across multiple platforms.
- Create engaging content for newsletters, publications, annual reports and member communications.
- Manage website content and social media channels.
- Build relationships with local, regional and national media.
- Prepare press releases, promotional materials and communications campaigns.
- Support communications for events, initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
- Provide communications advice and support to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, including PR, design and website providers.
- Monitor communications performance and report on campaign analytics.
- Manage the communications budget and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Communications, PR or Marketing Communications role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional copywriting ability.
- Experience managing digital communications, websites and social media platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience producing newsletters, publications and promotional content.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide when required.
