Digital Content Coordinator – Part-time

At Excel Recruitment, we are currently recruiting a Part-Time Digital Content Coordinator on behalf of our client, a specialist supplier to the beverage and hospitality industries.

In this varied role, you’ll be the main point of contact for hospitality clients, coordinating promotional content for digital screens in pubs and venues across Ireland. You’ll manage client communications, prepare and optimise images using Adobe Photoshop, upload content to the digital signage platform, and ensure everything is published accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated email inbox and respond professionally to client enquiries.
  • Receive and coordinate promotional content from hospitality venues.
  • Edit and optimise images using Adobe Photoshop (cropping, resizing and basic image enhancement).
  • Upload and schedule content through the digital signage management system.
  • Check content displays correctly across digital screens before publication.
  • Liaise with clients to obtain replacement or higher-quality artwork where required.
  • Prioritise multiple requests and ensure daily deadlines are met.
  • Maintain accurate records and organise incoming content efficiently.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, digital marketing or content coordination.
  • Confident using Adobe Photoshop for basic image editing.
  • Excellent written English and professional email communication skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable learning new software and online content management systems.
  • Able to manage your own workload while working remotely.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration, customer service and digital content skills who enjoys working independently.

Location: Remote (Ireland), ongoing temporary contract

Hours: 3 days per week | 8:00am – 1:00pm

Salary: €18ph
