Cleaner
Excel Recruitment are recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operative to join our team at a busy site in Lisburn.
The role will involve a combination of general cleaning duties and the operation of ride-on cleaning equipment to maintain large floor areas. No previous experience operating ride-on machinery is required, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities
- As a cleaning operative you will carry out general duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sweeping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Operate ride-on cleaning equipment to maintain large floor areas (full training provided).
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in offices, communal areas, and public-facing spaces.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste in line with company procedures.
- Clean and restock washroom facilities as required.
- Report maintenance issues or health and safety concerns promptly.
- Follow cleaning schedules and company procedures.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and to a consistently high standard.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience in a commercial, office, public sector, industrial, or similar environment is desirable.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work.
- Must be legally entitled to work in the UK.
