- Driving sales, productivity, and KPI performance across the counter

- Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and operational standards
- Building strong relationships with customers and creating a loyal client base
- Organising in-store events, launches, and beauty masterclasses that drive footfall and engagement
- Using commercial insight and reporting to identify opportunities for growth

- Previous management experience within beauty/cosmetics
- Confident in applying makeup and demonstrating products to customers
- A genuine passion for beauty trends, products, and customer experience
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams

Branch Manager – Dublin City Centre
Monday to Friday – 8.30am – 5pm

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve performance, quality and service delivery targets.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance and an exceptional customer experience.
- Work closely with a diverse range of individuals, supporting your team to help clients secure sustainable employment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers, community partners and key stakeholders to create employment opportunities.
- Monitor branch performance, analyse KPIs and implement continuous improvements.

About You
- 3-4 years’ senior branch management experience, ideally within a customer-focused, people-centred or target-driven environment.
- A proven track record of leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial and operational management skills with experience delivering targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills, with a passion for helping people succeed.
- Experience in recruitment with strong administration and presentation experience
