We are recruiting for an exciting Counter Manager opportunity with one of the beauty industry’s fastest-growing brands. This role is ideal for an experienced Beauty Manager, Counter Manager or Fashion Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing beauty team.
- Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance.
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and makeup applications.
- Create memorable customer experiences that build loyalty.
- Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and operational standards.
- Organise in-store events, product launches and customer engagement activities.
- Analyse performance and identify opportunities to grow sales.
What we are looking for
- Previous management or supervisory experience within fashion, beauty or cosmetics retail
- Confident in makeup application and beauty consultations.
- A genuine passion for beauty, skincare and customer service.
- A commercial mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.

Our client, a well-known pharmacy retail chain, is seeking to recruit an experienced Assistant Manager to join their high-profile store in Dundrum, Dublin. This is a fantastic job opportunity for a Retail Manager with experience in managing large teams of 30+ coming from fashion, beauty, or pharmacy retail.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced & dynamic manager with strong leadership, organisational, and people skills.
Known for their large selection in beauty, health and well-being, and pharmacy support, this job is suited to a service-orientated Retail Manager with excellent commercial management skills.
Responsibilities of this job:
- Ensuring that the highest standards of customer service is delivered at all times
- Mentoring, motivating, and managing a strong sales team
- Effectively managing and achieving KPI’s in accordance to company plan
- Ensuring the store is commercially and visually merchandised at all times
- Ensuring that company procedures are implemented and adhered to
- Inspiring your team to be their best and providing strong leadership
- Reviewing back-of-house operational standards & ensuring compliance and best practice
Skills and experience required for this job:
- 2+ years of management experience in fashion, beauty, or pharmacy retail
- Proven track record of achieving KPI’s
- Interest and passion in delivering a 5 * quality service to your customers
- Strong leadership and motivational experience
- Excellent commercial acumen
Salary:
- €17 – 17.50 DOE
- Flexibility to work weekends and one late night per week
