Excel Recruitment is seeking a Membership Officer for our client who specialises in the membership services and charity sector. Our client is a leading national membership organisation that supports a large network of members and local associations throughout Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused administrator to join a busy team and play a key role in membership administration, customer service, and database management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to members and prospective members via phone and email.
  • Accurately input, update, and maintain member information on the Salesforce CRM system.
  • Process membership applications, renewals, cancellations, and account updates.
  • Record and manage payments, including bulk payments and membership affiliations.
  • Issue membership cards, receipts, and other membership documentation.
  • Generate reports and extract data for management when required.
  • Assist with mail campaigns and maintain accurate mailing records.
  • Ensure all database information is accurate, up to date, and compliant with company standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and data accuracy.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and provide support during busy periods and events.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administration, membership support, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
  • Strong database management and record-keeping skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a busy environment.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and professional approach.

Excel Recruitment is seeking a Parts Administrator for our client who specialises in the distribution and supply chain sector. This is a full-time 12-month contract based in Finglas, Dublin, with potential for extension. The role sits within a centralised team responsible for managing and maintaining accurate spare parts data for key customers.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain spare parts data within internal and customer systems
  • Set up new spare parts in line with customer requirements
  • Ensure all data is accurate and up to date
  • Investigate and resolve any data issues or queries
  • Work closely with internal teams such as supply chain, engineering, and customer service
  • Communicate with customers to resolve issues and ensure data quality
  • Meet deadlines and targets for data setup tasks
  • Identify ways to improve data quality and processes

Requirements
