We are currently seeking a Catering Assistant for a busy location in the Greater Dublin area. The role is ongoing with full-time hours, and a Full Irish Driver’s License would be an advantage.

Requirements of the Catering Assistant

  • An immediate start is essential
  • The ability to work full-time is desirable
  • HACCP is required – Full training can be provided
  • Manual Handling is required – Full training can be provided
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Customer Service and support skills
  • Strong Communication skills

Responsibilities of the Catering Assistant

  • Assist the Chef by undertaking food preparation
  • Upholding the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the Kitchen
  • Be prepared to perform additional duties as requested
  • Working from the pantry serving meals
  • Guarantee all HACCP procedures and guidelines are conducted

Kitchen Porter
I am looking for Kitchen Porter for a busy location in the Dublin area. This type of work is ideal for someone who wants an idyllic work-life balance. An immediate start and full-time availability are essential.

Responsibilities of the Kitchen Porter:

  • Conduct well in teams and individually, whilst also taking direction from the Head Chef.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen and conducting the scheduled cleaning
  • Compliance with the Health and Safety principles.
  • Following HACCP procedures.

Requirements of Kitchen Porter:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • HACCP & Manual Handling Required (Training can be provided).
  • Efficient oral and written English.
  • Outstanding communication and people skills.
  • Prior kitchen or cleaning experience.
  • Strong Customer Care.
