We are currently recruiting experienced and professional Waiting Staff to support a range of events in Midleton. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in catering and hospitality who can deliver excellent service in fast-paced, high-standard event environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and efficient table service at events and functions
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring presentation standards are maintained
- Assist with food and beverage service, including tray service where required
- Work closely with the catering and events team to ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas throughout events
- Adhere to all food safety and health & safety guidelines
Requirements
- Previous experience in waiting or catering roles, ideally within events or functions
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event-based shifts
- HACCP certification required (training can be arranged)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
