Responsibilities for a Van Multi-Drop Driver:
- Ensuring that the load is correctly secured between each drop.
- Supplying goods to customers and removing previous containers.
- Health and Safety conscious
- Act as an ambassador for the client’s brand.
Requirements of this position;
- Full clean “B” driving license
- Strong work ethic
- Manual Handling certification (training can be provided).
- Previous experience is essential. Will need driving references to be considered depending on experience.

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Delivery Driver with a B Licence to join our furniture moving team in Limerick. This role involves driving vans to customer locations, loading/unloading furniture, and ensuring safe and timely delivery and setup.
Key Responsibilities

Safely operate company vans (B licence category) for local and regional furniture deliveries

Load, unload, and move furniture items with care and efficiency

Work as part of a two-person team (sometimes solo) for residential and commercial moves

Handle furniture assembly/disassembly as required

Provide excellent customer service on-site

Complete delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures

Requirements

Valid Category B driving licence (manual transmission preferred)

Minimum 6 months driving experience (delivery or similar preferred)

It is an ongoing position with hours being 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with a competitive pay rate. Qualifications
- Full clean B or C license
- Up-to-date CPC and Tacho card if you have a C licence
- Good English
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and load/unload materials
- Strong understanding of traffic laws and regulations

- Manual handling certificate required (training provided)
Day-To-Day
- Ensure that the vehicle is properly maintained and report any issues to management
- Load and unload goods and materials as needed
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the van is in good working condition
- Plan routes and navigate through traffic to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior
- Communicate with the dispatch team to provide updates on delivery status
- Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times
