Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: £13.19 / hour

Responsibilities
- As a Customer Service Administrator, you will respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Accurately processing information and maintaining internal systems
- Liaising with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently
- Always ensuring a high standard of customer service
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of organisation
- Competent computer and analytical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Geographical knowledge of NI is essential
- Own transport would be an advantage due to the location

The role of the Transport Manager is to actively manage operations through active involvement in the day-to-day running of the transport department.
Duties
- Acting as a key member of the logistics management team by actively demonstrating the standards, behaviours, and values to drive team effectiveness across the business
- Ensure that the company operates within all agreed operational procedures, and within all statutory requirements.
- Assess workload and resources available to ensure key tasks and duties are carried out within the desired time frame and deadline
- Manage client queries, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Solve operational problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Identify and report to management on the department’s needs and requirements.
- Manage & develop business by focusing on customer relationships and support to Sales teams where needed
- Ensure company and customer requirements are fulfilled as per SOP’s
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships within the company in order to overall knowledge of the workings of the company and it’s employees improve
Requirements
- Fluent Romanian is essential – with a level of English
- A minimum of 5 years’ previous experience at Supervisory level in a similar role is Essential.
- Experience using Transport Management systems is desirable
- Valid National C.P.C. (Desirable)
- Good knowledge of Dublin and the greater Dublin area
- Highly organised with robust planning ability
- Motivated and reliable
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel.
- Work well as part of a team.
This is a full-time permanent position, offering €60-€65k per annum DOE.
