Excel Recruitment is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader / Supervisor to support a busy warehouse operation based in Athboy.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and support the warehouse team to meet daily operational targets
- Oversee goods in, picking, packing, dispatch and stock control processes
- Plan and delegate workloads to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain high standards of health and safety, housekeeping and compliance
- Monitor productivity, attendance and performance across the team
- Train new team members and support ongoing staff development
- Work closely with management to improve processes and resolve operational issues
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse team leader, supervisor or senior operative role
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of warehouse processes, stock control and order fulfilment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
- Flexible, reliable and target-focused approach
Pay Rate – €16ph Basic to start
