I am recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive to join a leading Irish retail with over 100 stores nationwide.

Essential to this job:

  • A candidate that has their own car to visit stores to capture content
  • A candidate that can travel easily to the office in Citywest

As Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the entire digital marketing process by planning, executing and optimising the digital marketing and social media activity of the brand.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years in a digital marketing or social media role with experience in creating engaging digital content including photography, short-from video and social media posts.

Experience using video editing tools would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities for the job of Digital Marketing Executive

  • Manage social media channels including content planning, scheduling, and community engagement
  • Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns aligned with retail promotions and seasonal activity
  • Create engaging digital content including photography, graphics, and short-form video
  • Travel to stores nationwide to capture authentic content including product demonstrations and local initiatives
  • Work closely with stores to showcase local marketing activity across national digital channels
  • Collaborate with suppliers and partners on campaign delivery and content creation
  • Support email marketing, paid social campaigns, and promotional activity
  • Monitor campaign performance, engagement, and reach, providing insights and recommendations
  • Liaise with external agencies and content partners to deliver high-quality assets
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and digital tools to enhance performance
  • Support the promotion of events, store openings, and community initiatives

Salary & Package

  • €40k-€45k negotiable but must reflect level of experience

Are you an experienced creative, hands-on Nightclub Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are currently recruiting for a manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Our client is offering a fantastic package for the right candidate! Reporting to the General Manager, you will be given full autonomy & all the tools necessary to make this property a huge success.

Responsibilities as a Nightclub Manager:

  • The Club Bar, Floor, Cloakroom, Security & Box Office always areas & operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Customers are provided with the highest standards of service, quality, and products.
  • Strategic, operational, and financial plans and objectives for the club making sure they are agreed upon by the Managing Director, Group Financial Manager, and Group Operations Manager. Delivery of these plans will be monitored and communicated regularly.
  • A competent, efficient, and well-trained team is developed and nurtured to ensure that the club is always represented in a professional manner by all staff.
  • The safety and well-being of customers are always protected and exposure to any liability is minimised.
  • To ensure that all aspects of HR are maintained within the club. This includes training, hiring, reviews, maintaining staff files, interview process, contract renewals, induction, monthly meetings, an employee of the month & disciplinary procedures.
  • Give direction to all Supervisors to ensure the GP, waste, and loss amounts are accounted for and are correct.
  • To ensure continued marketing of the Nightclub in conjunction with the Group Marketing Manager. Ensure that all events are prepared and promoted effectively.
  • A calendar of events is to be prepared and presented to the Group Management Team 6 weeks prior to all events taking place.

Requirements as a Nightclub Manager:

  • Minimum of 3 years running clubs
  • Must be very up to date on the clubbing industry
  • Must have a strong knowledge of social media and how to best use this to drive traffic into the club
  • Creative with strong leadership skills
  • Margin lead
  • Experience booking DJ’s and different acts
