Responsibilities of a Commis Chef

- Stock and replenish food stations and service areas
- Work as part of a team to ensure efficient food service
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service

Requirements of Commis Chef
- Previous experience in a catering, hospitality, or food service role (preferred but not essential)
- Basic food hygiene knowledge (Food Safety certificate required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Full Manual Handling certificate (Training can be provided)
- Own transport or ability to get to unit

Salary €55K-€65K, may be negotiable but must reflect experience.
