My client, a highly successful Irish food supplier, is looking for a Food Safety & Quality Manager to join their team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing Food Safety & Quality support in each area of production, storage, and transport.

Salary: €65-€70k plus generous benefits.

Responsibilities of this Food Safety & Quality Manager include:

  • Develop and maintain quality and safety management systems in line with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to support risk management processes and ensure compliance through regular internal reviews.
  • Manage approval processes for suppliers and products to ensure consistent quality and safety standards.
  • Carry out system audits, identify areas for improvement, and work with relevant teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure training programmes are current, well-structured, and aligned with required compliance standards.
  • Investigate and resolve operational quality and safety concerns, including customer feedback and complaints.

Requirements for this Food Safety & Quality Manager include

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical Quality management.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Full driver’s license and access to a car and authorised to work in the EU.
