Responsibilities:
- Execute daily replenishment orders based on demand, supply lead times, and inventory levels
- Monitor stock across warehouse and store locations, ensuring accurate and timely purchasing
- Prevent excess inventory and close-dated stock through forecasting and inventory planning
- Maintain and update database fields and reporting systems, flagging discrepancies as needed
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, warehouse, inventory, and receiving teams to resolve discrepancies and improve accuracy
- Ensure all invoices are matched with POs and manage any receiving discrepancies or claims
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support smooth product flow and service level targets
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and pursue ongoing self-development in purchasing best practices
- Support promotional and regular sales forecasting to avoid over/under-ordering
Requirements:
- Experience in purchasing or replenishment within a retail or FMCG environment
- Strong verbal communication skills and fluent English
- Highly proficient in computer systems, including inventory databases and reporting tools
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and planning abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
- Knowledge of retail warehouse operations and merchandising is highly desirable

- Support the buying team with a variety of tasks.
- Manage supplier critical paths.

- Communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure that buying processes are implemented effectively and on time
