Excel Recruitment is actively looking for Chefs – Work That Works for You in WATERFORD
Temporary & Casual Roles | €18-€21 per hour | Flexible Shifts Available – Mid week.

Responsibilities;

• Prepare fresh, high-quality meals in line with daily menus and standards

• Set up workstations and ensure a smooth prep for each service

• Follow food safety and HACCP protocols, including labelling, temperature checks, and waste management

• Work efficiently and stay cool under pressure in fast-paced kitchen environments

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 year’s experience in a high-volume kitchen setting

• A culinary qualification is a bonus-but your hands-on kitchen know-how is what matters most

• Flexibility with availability throughout the week

• Own transport would be needed as many of the sites are inaccessible by public transport

• Valid HACCP and Manual Handling certification (training can be arranged if needed)
