Responsibilities of the Chef Job:

• Prepare and cook food to order according to client requirements and within agreed time frames
• Deliver consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
• Ensure all food is properly labelled and stored in line with food safety, shelf-life regulations, and HACCP guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen at all times
• Oversee stock control within your assigned section according to company standards

Requirements for the Chef Job:

• Proven experience working as a Chef in a busy kitchen setting
• Strong understanding of HACCP procedures
• Experience in a healthcare kitchen is desirable
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Professional approach with the ability to lead by example
• Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
