Key Responsibilities

• Greeting and seating guests
• Set up, service, and clear tables in line with event standards
• Taking customer orders at events and functions
• Deliver high-quality table service
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally
• Processing payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas throughout

Requirements

• Previous experience in waiting staff roles with a strong focus on table service
• HACCP certification required (training can be arranged if necessary)
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event-based shifts
