Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Commercial & Finance Division

Duties
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and clients across the Commercial & Finance sector
  • Conduct candidate interviews and registrations via phone and Microsoft Teams
  • Write and advertise vacancies across job boards and social media channels
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, networking and direct search activity
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines within key market sectors
  • Proactively engage with candidates regarding current and future opportunities
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound business development activities
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients and identify opportunities within existing accounts
  • Arrange client meetings and support senior consultants with business development initiatives
  • Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment processes from registration through to placement
  • Maintain accurate records and activity on the CRM system
  • Deliver an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients
  • Work towards individual and team performance targets
Requirements & Desirable Experience
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, business development, telesales, retail management, hospitality management, contact centre environments or customer-focused administration
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Confidence speaking with candidates and clients over the phone throughout the day
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, friendly and confident manner
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, resilient and proactive attitude
  • Stable employment history demonstrating commitment and reliability
  • Strong commercial awareness and motivation to succeed
