Trainee Manager – Supermarket – South Dublin (Multiple Locations)

We’re looking for an ambitious Trainee Manager to join a busy supermarket group across South Dublin.

If you’ve already cut your teeth in retail and you’re hungry to take the next step, this is a solid opportunity to grow your leadership skills. You’ll be part of a supportive management team, learning the ropes while taking on real responsibility from day one.

• €14.50 per hour
• 40 hours per week

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support daily store operations, ensuring high standards across the shop floor
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer queries professionally
• Lead, motivate, and guide team members during shifts
• Assist with merchandising, stock control, and maintaining planograms
• Take responsibility for opening/closing procedures when required
• Support in training new or junior staff
• Help drive sales, service, and general store performance
