Key Responsibilities of this Trainee Manager:

• Support the day-to-day operations of the supermarket, ensuring efficient store performance
• Assist in managing and motivating the store team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, product availability, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, food safety, and company policies

Requirements of this Trainee Manager:

• Previous experience in a retail environment, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
• Eager to learn and progress in a management role
