Excel Recruitment are currently looking for hardworking and motivated Cleaning Operatives to join their expanding team in Donegal – Killybegs and Ballyshannon

The ideal candidate is someone with great attention to detail who can take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities of a Cleaning Operative

• Performing thorough cleaning and sanitising tasks for various facilities, ensuring they meet high-quality standards
• Wiping down surfaces, dusting, vacuuming, and sweeping to eliminate dirt and dust
• Properly handling and disposing of waste and recycling materials
• Cleaning and restocking restrooms to maintain a fresh and hygienic environment
• Notifying the supervisor of any maintenance or repair needs

Requirements of a Cleaning Operative

• Previous cleaning experience would be advantageous
• Own transport preferred – some locations outside the city centre.
• A strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to completing tasks
• Ability to work as an individual, and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Manual handling cert is essential
