Telesales Executive

Excel Recruitment is seeking a Telesales Executive for our client based in Galway City. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join a growing organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing outbound sales calls, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing and prospective customers by phone.
• Process customer orders and follow up on sales enquiries.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and promote products and services.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales information.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Keep up to date with products, services, and promotions.

Requirements

• Previous telesales experience is essential.
• Proven experience in a sales-focused role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong customer service and sales ability.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• A target-driven approach with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
