Team Leader – West Dublin

Excel Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Team Leader to join a busy and well-established grocery retailer in West Dublin.

This is a great opportunity for a strong Supervisor, Team Leader or Trainee Manager who enjoys being hands-on on the shop floor and is ready to take the next step in their retail career.

Salary: €33,000 – €35,000

The Role:

• Support the day-to-day running of the store
• Lead and motivate the team on shift
• Ensure excellent standards across the shop floor
• Assist with stock control, merchandising and deliveries
• Delegate tasks and ensure they are completed effectively
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Support management with the overall operation of the store

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous supervisory or team leader experience within grocery or high-volume retail
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment
• Commercially aware with excellent attention to store standards
• Ambitious and looking to progress within grocery retail
