Supermarket Trainee Manager

Excel Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Supermarket Trainee Managers to join our well-established grocery retailers in Dublin City, South Dublin and North Dublin.

Whats on Offer:

• Hrly pay – €15.40
• Bonus

• Additional Rates for Sundays and Bank Holidays

The Role:

• Support management with the day-to-day running of the store
• Lead and motivate the team throughout each shift
• Delegate tasks and ensure they are completed effectively
• Assist with stock control, ordering, deliveries and merchandising
• Maintain excellent shop-floor and customer service standards
• Support with opening and closing procedures
• Ensure promotions and displays are implemented correctly
• Assist with training and developing team members
• Take responsibility for the store when required

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous supervisory experience within grocery, convenience or high-volume retail
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Comfortable managing a team in a busy environment
• Hands-on and happy to lead from the shop floor
• Strong understanding of stock, merchandising and customer service
• Ambitious and keen to progress within retail management
