Supermarket Team Leader Opportunities – Multiple Locations Across Dublin

Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting ambitious Supermarket Team Leaders for a number of leading supermarket groups across Dublin, with opportunities available in multiple locations.

Whether you’re currently a Team Leader, Senior Sales Assistant, Supervisor, or an experienced Retail Assistant looking to step into management, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business that genuinely invests in its people and promotes from within.

€15.00 per hour – 39-Hour Contract – Weekly Manager’s Allowance – Sunday & Bank Holiday Premium Rates

The Ideal Candidate:

• Stamp 4 or EU Passport ONLY
• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, Senior Sales Assistant, or similar retail role
• Experience within a supermarket, grocery, convenience, or forecourt environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A hands-on approach with a passion for retail
• Excellent organisational and customer service skills
• Ambition to progress into Assistant Manager and Store Manager positions
