Butcher – Dublin

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Butcher to take the lead in our clients busy supermarket butchery department.

The right person will have 4+ years’ proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in managing a team of up to 6 staff.

What’s on offer:

• Full-time role – 42 hours per week
• Salary: €45,000
• Retail hours – availability required Monday to Sunday
• Strong team culture in a busy supermarket environment

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 4 years’ butchery management experience
• Experience managing a team of up to 5 staff
• Skilled in traditional butchery and cutting methods
• Knowledge of prepped/packed/ready-to-go meals
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
