Store Manager – Fashion – Location: Kildare

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and energetic fashion retail manager who loves leading from the front, developing a strong team and creating an excellent customer experience.

They are looking for a confident Store Manager who can take ownership of the store, drive sales and standards and create a positive, high-performing team culture.

Responsibilities of this Store Manager job:

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running and performance of the store
• Drive sales, service and commercial performance through your management and sales team
• Lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve and exceed store targets
• Deliver an excellent customer experience and ensure high service standards are maintained
• Recruit, train and retain a strong and engaged retail team
• Analyse store performance and identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability
• Ensure excellent visual merchandising and product presentation in line with brand guidelines
• Manage stock, operations, payroll and store costs effectively
• Maintain excellent operational and compliance standards across the store
• Create a positive, energetic and inclusive working environment
• Lead by example and be a visible presence on the shop floor

Skills and experience required:

• 2-3+ years’ management experience within fashion or high street retail
• A strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• A genuine passion for fashion, product and customer service
• Strong coaching and team development skills
• Confident working in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A hands-on management style with the ability to lead from the shop floor
• Ambitious, energetic and motivated to progress within retail management
