Store Manager – Fashion

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Our client a recognized retailer known for their extensive range of brands and commitment to providing unparalleled service is seeking a Store Manager to join their team in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of enthusiastic sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver an outstanding shopping experience. Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of store operations, from managing inventory and merchandising to driving sales growth and fostering a positive work environment.

Salary 35-40K depending on experience + bonus.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to the sales team to maximize their potential and performance
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets
• Ensure the store maintains high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organization
• Manage inventory levels and effectively communicate with suppliers to ensure stock availability
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
• Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
• Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, creativity, and continuous learning

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a consultative and sales-focused retail management role
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
