Store Manager – Bray

Excel Recruitment is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager for our client’s store in Bray, Wicklow. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Salary: €45k – €50k plus Bonus up to €10k

Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a busy retail store
• Effectively manage staff and motivate them to meet and exceed KPIs
• Analyse and understand daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding sales, waste, and margins to ensure the growth of the store
• Ensuring that all regulations and standards are met regarding HACCP, food safety, stock control and waste management
• Reviewing staff performance regularly, creating staff rosters, and ensuring overall high standards of the store

Requirements:

• Experience managing large teams and identify key tasks to be completed daily
• Ability to manage high turnover, margin and achieve KPI targets
• Fresh food experience
• Great attitude and commitment to improving in all store aspects
