Our client, a well-established and expanding retailer, is seeking a driven, hands-on, and commercially focused Store Manager to lead one of their high-performing stores. This is an excellent chance to step into full store accountability within a supportive and growing business.

What’s On Offer

• Salary: €40,000
• 39-hour working week
• 5 days over 7 (flexibility required)

You will:

• Lead, develop, and motivate your team to deliver strong performance
• Drive sales, KPIs, and overall store profitability
• Maintain exceptional standards across merchandising, compliance, and store presentation
• Ensure a first-class customer experience at all times
• Manage staffing, rotas, and operational efficiencies
• Take ownership of stock control, waste, and loss prevention

• Currently an Assistant Manager ready to step up
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Commercially minded with a proven track record in driving sales and KPIs
• Hands-on, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience within supermarket or convenience retail
