Store Manager- Killester

Our client a leading multinational retail chain is seeking to recruit a Store Manager for their busy location in Killester.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to deliver a seamless, customer-centric experience.
• Inspire, train, and coach your team to achieve sales and performance targets.
• Build lasting customer relationships and handle feedback effectively.
• Manage stock control, replenishment, and overall shop presentation.
• Supervise stock management, product replenishment, and the overall presentation of the shop.

Skills & Experience

• 2-4 years’ experience in retail or hospitality management within a fast-moving, customer-focused environment.
• Proven background in supervisory or assistant management positions.

• A confident leader with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering an engaged, high-performing team.

• Highly organised, commercially minded, and skilled in managing KPIs and budget performance.
• Flexible, proactive, and comfortable taking a hands-on approach to resolving issues and improving operations.
