Our client, a well-established and growing Irish retail brand, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead one of their busy and most high-profile stores in Dublin City Centre.

The Role
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day running of this buys Dublin City location, ensuring exceptional operational standards while creating an engaging shopping experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and inspire a large retail team to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
- Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs through strong commercial leadership.
- Create an engaging, high-energy culture where colleagues are motivated to perform at their best.
- Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and presentation standards throughout the store.
- Ensure operational excellence across all areas, including stock management, compliance and back-of-house processes.
- Analyse sales performance, identify opportunities and implement commercial action plans.
- Lead from the front, supporting your team on the shop floor and setting the standard through your own example.
- Recruit, develop and retain talent through coaching, recognition and regular performance reviews.
About You
- 3+ years’ experience as a Store Manager within a high-volume retail environment.
- Background in grocery, fashion, sports, discount or non-food retail.
- A confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Commercially astute with a proven track record of delivering sales growth and KPI performance.
- Passionate about developing people and building high-performing teams.
- Hands-on, energetic and leads by example.
- Strong operational and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
