Store Manager – Stepaside, Dublin

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to take the lead of a busy convenience retail store in Stepaside, Dublin.

This is a great opportunity for a strong retail manager who is commercially driven, confident managing a team, and enjoys running a fast-paced store.

Salary: €50,000-€52,000

The Role:

• Manage the overall day-to-day running of the store
• Lead, motivate and develop the store team
• Drive sales, margins and overall store performance
• Manage stock, ordering, waste and availability
• Oversee rosters, payroll and staffing levels
• Maintain strong standards across fresh food and the shop floor
• Always ensure excellent customer service
• Manage KPIs, costs and operational targets
• Ensure food safety, health & safety and company procedures are maintained

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager experience
• Grocery, convenience or forecourt retail experience preferred
• Strong commercial and people-management skills
• Confident managing a busy, high-volume operation
• Hands-on, organised and comfortable taking full ownership of the store
