Store Manager – South Dublin
My client, an established retail business in Art and Stationery, is looking for an experienced Store Manager to bring a creative flair and enthusiasm to one of their busy locations in South Dublin.
This role would suit a commercially focused retail store manager who can balance developing their team, driving sales and improving the business commercially, while still maintaining the passion for personal customer experience needed in a creative space!
Salary & Package
* Salary up to €40,000 per annum (paid weekly)
* 21 days annual leave, increasing with service

Key Responsibilities of the Store Manager Job
* Lead the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient performance
* Inspire, motivate and develop the existing management and retail team
* Drive sales, profitability and overall store performance
* Deliver outstanding customer service standards throughout the store
* Ensure excellent merchandising, presentation and product availability
* Manage recruitment, training and performance development of team members
* Maintain all Health & Safety and company compliance standards
* Analyse store performance and implement initiatives to support business growth
* Complete all reporting and administrative duties
* Inspire, motivate and develop the existing management and retail team
* Drive sales, profitability and overall store performance
* Deliver outstanding customer service standards throughout the store

Skills and Requirements of the Store Manager
* Previous experience as a Store Manager within a fast-paced retail environment
* Proven ability to lead, coach and develop successful teams
* Strong commercial awareness with a track record of achieving sales targets
* A positive, energetic and motivational leadership style
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the shop floor
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Ability to quickly build credibility and make a positive impact within an established team
* Proven ability to lead, coach and develop successful teams
