• Coordinate import and export sea freight shipments.
• Manage bookings with shipping lines, transport providers, and overseas agents.
• Monitor shipments from origin through to final delivery.
• Prepare customer quotations and respond to rate requests.
• Process sales and purchase invoices.
• Handle customs and shipping documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and shipment updates.
• Support the development of sea freight services.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in sea freight forwarding or freight operations.
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and customs requirements.
• Experience liaising with shipping lines, agents, and transport providers.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.

What’s on Offer?

• Salary €40,000 – €45,000 DOE.
