Sales Merchandiser
Sales Merchandiser
My client represents a globally recognised brand, with products stocked by many of Ireland’s leading DIY stores, hardware retailers, and builders’ merchants.
They are currently seeking an experienced Sales & Merchandising Representative to manage an established customer base across Dublin, Wicklow, and Kildare, covering approximately 100 retail outlets.
This position offers a balance of 70% merchandising and 30% sales responsibilities.
While experience selling into DIY, hardware, or builders’ merchant channels would be highly advantageous, candidates with a similar merchandising and sales background within the grocery sector are also encouraged to apply.
As a Retail Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring products are consistently well-stocked, prominently displayed, and effectively promoted in store.
You will also identify opportunities to increase product visibility, secure additional shelf space, introduce new product lines, and drive promotional activity and display installations.
The role may also include occasional product training sessions and in-store demonstrations, providing a varied and engaging aspect to the position.
I am looking for someone to bring energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets, whilst delivering exceptional results while building strong relationships with customers.
