Excel Recruitment is currently hiring experienced Rigid Drivers for a range of clients across Dublin South. These roles offer varied start times, contracts, and pay structures, making them ideal for drivers seeking flexible or ongoing work.

We are looking for reliable, professional drivers who can work independently and as part of a team while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects
  • Ensure all loads are safe, secure, and correctly loaded before departure
  • Carry out multi-drop deliveries or trunking routes depending on the contract

Requirements

  • Full Clean C Driving Licence
  • Minimum 1 year driving experience in Ireland or the UK
  • Valid CPC Card (all modules up to date)
  • Valid Digital Tachograph Card
  • Manual handling certificate

Pay & Benefits

  • Hourly rates from €18.00 to €20.00 (depending on client and shift)
  • Overtime rates available after contracted hours
  • Tax-free subsistence allowances (where applicable)

Working Hours

  • Various shift patterns available:
    • Early morning starts
